Industrial networks do not get second chances. They sit in wind, dust, vibration, and heat, and they are expected to perform without excuses 24/7. That is the thinking behind the new UniFi Industrial initiative. Ruggedized, fanless, and purpose built for extreme environments, the line launches today with its first device: Cloud Gateway Industrial. It may look familiar at first glance, but this platform was designed to go well beyond a typical gateway, while running the UniFI applications you know and rely on.
Built for Extreme Environments
Cloud Gateway Industrial carries the DNA of our 10 Gigabit gateways and their software innovations, but it is reinforced for places where standard hardware struggles: the chassis is hardened, the design is fanless. More than just stronger physical construction, it is engineered from the ground up to operate where dust, vibration, and temperature swings are part of daily life. Integrated WiFi 7 and support for flexible external antennas ensure client connectivity, even when installations are unconventional.

Power and Connectivity Without Compromise
Power delivery often becomes the limiting factor in remote or edge deployments. Cloud Gateway Industrial addresses this head on with multiple PoE+++ 90 watt ports. That level of output makes it possible to directly power multi LEO satellite terminals and downstream switches without additional injectors or complex power chains. The gateway itself can be powered either via its included power supply or 48V 4-pin DC connection.
Internal SD storage allows full UniFi Application support directly on the device. Remote SIM slots simplify cellular provisioning when paired with UniFi 5G Outdoor, reducing the friction of bringing remote sites online. The result is a gateway that does more than route traffic. It becomes the operational core of the deployment.

Power downstream Flex switches and 76W of PoE per switch with one cable
Internal SD storage for full UniFi Application support
Remote SIM slots for simplified cellular provisioning
Modular Deployment, Zero Hardware Guesswork
Industrial installations rarely follow a standard blueprint. One site has equipment installed under a desk. At the next site it is wall mounted or dropped into a rack. The modular enclosure of Cloud Gateway Industrial was designed with that reality in mind.
It supports flat or vertical desktop placement, under desk mounting, wall installation, and full rack deployment. The Transformable Deployment system makes reconfiguration immediate. Slide out one handle to attach the included compact vertical stand. Slide out both to insert the unit into an optional 19" rack mount, complete with its own power supply tray. No alternate SKUs, all done with a single Cloud Gateway Industrial.

Centralized Control with Site Manager
Managing one industrial site is straightforward. Managing dozens is where complexity creeps in. The new Site Manager orchestration layer addresses that challenge by allowing multiple UniFi and UniFi Industrial deployments to be managed from a single interface.
There are no licensing tiers to navigate and no recurring management fees. It is centralized control designed to scale with the footprint of the deployment, whether that footprint spans a single facility or a distributed network of remote locations.
Centralized management for multiple deployments
Single unified interface for traditional UniFi and Industrial sites
License free orchestration and user management
Built for distributed and numerous industrial environments
Cloud Gateway Industrial sets the tone for UniFi Industrial by proving that rugged hardware can still be flexible, powerful, and easy to manage.
Stay tuned for Australian launch timing!
